The shipment will be processed only for confirmed addresses by the financial institute that you pay through them.

Unconfirmed address, incomplete address, wrong address and none verified address will not be processed.

We do not ship to the countries they are not listed at the time of registration or providing the address.

Please check the RETURN & EXCHANGE terms in the CONDITIONS OF USE page or at the bottom of this page. Returned items must be in original shape and the buyer pays for return shipping.

 

USA

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature in USA. If you prefer delivery by USPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Canada

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and drop-off without signature in Canada. If you prefer delivery by Canada Post Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

 

International

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our selected carrier without tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with tracking number Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

For regular International shipping you must allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

The seller's chief objective is to ensure the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, the buyer is not satisfied with the goods purchased from our website, the buyer has a right to return the product (within 7 working days from the date that product is received) for an exchange or a store credit that could be used for future purchases. The buyer need not give any reason. The notice of exchange or return has to be made in writing; an email will suffice:Info@TitanOwl.com. In the event of a return or exchange, we require that you return the goods to us at your own cost. For sanitation purposes, all clothing and hats purchased (included but not limited to: Men's/Women's T Shirts, Men's/Women's Tank Tops, Snapbacks, Beanies, Pullover Hoodies) are considered final sale. No store credit / exchanges / returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

In order to help with the return of your order you must obtain a Merchandise Return number (MR) by emailing info@TitanOwl.com within the cancellation period.
Our return address is detailed on your original invoice. Failure to obtain an MR does not affect your legal, consumer rights.
The buyer must take reasonable care of all goods in their possession and return them to us, with their original packaging, within 7 days from the date the MR number was issued.
In order to qualify for exchange/store credit, the goods or packaging may not have been used or damaged, and the goods must be returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by all items comprising the product.
